The figures below are garment measurements — the trouser laid flat and relaxed, not your body. The simplest way to use them is to measure a pair you already own and wear, and match the figures.
Between two sizes? Size up. Styles cut with stretch sit closer to the body.
Trousers and jeans
Jeans are labelled on a numeric scale. Trousers are labelled XS–XL. Both are cut to the same measurements below.
Size 42 is available in jeans only. For the general Italian, EU, UK and US conversion, see our main size chart.
How to measure
Lay a pair of trousers you already wear flat on a table, smoothed out but not stretched.
WaistAcross the top of the waistband from edge to edge, then doubled.
InseamFrom the crotch seam straight down the inner leg to the hem.
Total lengthFrom the top of the waistband straight down to the hem.

This chart is general guidance. Fit varies by fabric, cut and rise, and every style has slightly different ease built in, so individual product pages may show small variations.
