Shipping Policy

Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order ships.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation code, please contact us at obscuracontactstore@gmail.com and we will provide updates on the status of your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being shipped
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
• Items marked as final sale or personalized are not eligible for return
• If your order included a free gift, its value may be deducted from your refund if not returned

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at obscuracontactstore@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable
• Wait for approval — our support team will respond with return instructions
• Ship the item — customers are responsible for return shipping

If the return is due to dissatisfaction with product quality or the item not matching the images shown, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

If a free gift was included and not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for Delayed Orders

If the order has already been shipped but is delayed in transit, customers may request up to a 30% refund depending on delay time. In this case, the customer will still receive the item once delivered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original product at your own expense. Once the return is completed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at obscuracontactstore@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom made products
• Free gifts received with an order

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement
• Contact your payment provider
